We work across residential, commercial, and historic projects in the Greater New Orleans metro area. Current trade needs include:
Residential and light commercial framing crews. Experience with hurricane-resilient framing methods a plus.
Licensed electricians for residential and commercial projects. Experience with smart home systems a bonus.
Licensed plumbers experienced in both new construction and renovation. Water efficiency upgrades a plus.
Crews with attention to detail for high-quality residential finishes. Historic plaster restoration experience welcomed.
FORTIFIED-certified or experienced with hurricane-rated roofing systems. New construction and reroof.
Energy-efficient HVAC installation and service. Experience with high-efficiency and mini-split systems preferred.
Craftspeople with experience restoring historic homes — millwork, window restoration, plaster, ornamental details.
Foundation, flatwork, and masonry crews for residential and commercial projects across Louisiana.

Valid license and insurance (GL + Workers' Comp) required for all trades

Willingness to work with sustainable materials and methods when specified
